Lost order

  • Once we have sent out your order and we have confirmation from the courier it has been lost, we will issue a full refund.
  • Please note you are responsible for the return costs or any duties, customs, and taxes that may occur by a third party. We will not reimburse these costs.
  • If your return is lost, please contact your courier. We are not liable for lost returns in transit and cannot issue a refund.
